Do you also collect at offices at Schiphol or Schiphol-Rijk?
Yes. At offices and business addresses at Schiphol-Rijk and the landside office locations around the airport we simply collect at your reception or goods entrance. Is your office behind security? Have the boxes set ready at a landside reception or your building's goods point, and we will agree the timing with you.
What counts as a "box"?
A standard archive box or moving box of about 70 litres and 15 kg. A binder in a moving box counts as one box, not as three.
Do I get a processor agreement?
Yes, as standard. On request we sign an additional NDA.
Can I have monthly or quarterly pickups?
Yes, on a fixed day you choose yourself. No contract, no term. You pay per pickup the number of boxes or containers.
Is VAT included in the prices?
All amounts shown exclude 21% VAT.
