For most jobs our collection service is the fastest and cheapest route, to the same standard and with the same certificate. If your material is extra sensitive, or you simply want to stand beside it, the truck drives up instead. The driver brings an empty container, you fill it, the machine tips it straight into the shredder while you watch. Certificate of Destruction within 24 hours.
When Do You Choose On-Site Destruction?
We destroy everything in house, whether we collect it from you or park the truck in front of your door. The difference is the proof. With the collection service you sign off at pickup and receive the certificate after destruction. On site you see it happen with your own eyes, from full container to shreds, with no journey in between.
On site, everything leaves your premises as shreds or fragments, never intact. That is the extra certainty you choose mobile for.
Nothing leaves your premises readable and nobody handles your material out of your sight. Your own parking spot is the end of the chain.
A 250 L roll container holds about four archive boxes. That way you know up front how many containers you need.
P-5 for paper, H-4 for HDDs, E-4 for SSDs. Full compliance with GDPR article 32.
You or someone else may stand next to it for the whole process, from the moment the roll container is collected to the moment it is tipped into the truck automatically.
For data carriers: each item is signed off on a list that ends up on your certificate.

Within 24 hours of the visit you receive a digital Certificate of Destruction with date, location and serial numbers.

Two Amounts at Your Location
Mobile destruction consists of two amounts. The call-out for the truck and the destruction per container. All prices exclude 21% VAT.

The service area is 35 km around Amsterdam. The driver brings an empty container and takes it away again, so you rent nothing.

Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can you come?
Standard within 4 weeks. We plan the visit with you, on a day and time that suit you.
How much space do you need?
A normal truck spot (length about 10 m, width 2.5 m). Loading and unloading via the side or rear door. A ground-floor entrance is convenient; stairs above 2nd floor without a lift: € 25 / floor surcharge.
Can I or someone else watch until the end?
Yes, that is the core of our service. Via side window, cabin monitor or (for some jobs) a live video feed on your phone. We explicitly encourage supervision.
What if I have more paper than expected?
We destroy it along at € 70 per extra 250 L container, the same rate as the first. You decide on the spot whether we finish everything that day or schedule a second visit.
Do you also work with a processor agreement?
Yes. Standard model on request, we sign before the first job. Law firms and notaries use our processor agreement as standard.
Also destroy working hard drives?
Yes. Physically (cruncher or shredder), not just wiping. That is the only method that meets GDPR for genuinely confidential data. Wiping leaves residues; crunching does not.
Is there a minimum for mobile service?
A mobile visit starts from € 220 inside the service area, made up of a € 150 call-out and € 70 for the first container. Smaller quantities are almost always cheaper via the pickup service, to the same standard and with the same certificate.
