What does it cost to have paper shredded?
From € 30 all-in for the first archive box (up to ≈ 15 kg). Every extra box in the same pickup costs € 25. A 240 L roll container is € 120 all-in. Large volume? Ask for a fixed day rate. All prices exclude 21% VAT.
How does having paper shredded via a pickup service work?
We place a locked roll container at your office. You fill it with confidential paper. On the agreed day we collect it, weigh it on the spot, and destroy everything within 24 hours. You receive a Certificate of Destruction by email.
Do I need to sign up for a subscription?
No. We handle one-off jobs and recurring pickup routes. You decide how often. No minimum, no contract term, no notice period.
Is the shredding GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We destroy to DIN 66399 P-5 and provide a Certificate of Destruction with every job, showing the date, weight and a unique job number. You add this certificate to your GDPR processing register.
Do folders and paperclips need to come out?
No. Paperclips, staples and tabs can stay in. We remove large metal ring binders ourselves. You don't need to pre-sort anything.
Can I also have a complete archive shredded?
Yes. For larger archives (dozens of boxes or multiple roll containers) we collect everything in a single run. Call or message us on WhatsApp for a fixed price based on your volume. We respond within 1 working day.
How long until I receive the certificate?
You receive the Certificate of Destruction within 2 working days of the pickup day, by email. For urgent jobs (within 24 hours) we deliver the certificate the same day.
