What Does Document Destruction Cost?

Fixed prices, no quotation process for small jobs. For large volumes or a clear-out day we set a fixed day rate in advance. All amounts exclude 21% VAT.

Book a collection slot

Via our website or by phone. Tell us roughly how many documents or boxes are involved. We confirm the date and price.

We place a container

A sealed 240 L roll container at your location. You fill it with documents. Staples and folders can stay in.

Collection and sealing

We seal the container on site with a numbered seal. The seal number is on the collection receipt.

Destruction and certificate

Destroyed within 24 hours to DIN 66399 P-5. Certificate of Destruction within 2 working days by email.

What we destroy

Which Documents Do Not Belong in the Paper Bin?

As soon as a document contains personal data, financial data or confidential company information, it does not belong with the waste paper. Common documents that businesses and individuals have destroyed are:

Secure document destruction stands or falls with a closed chain. From collection to destruction, your documents remain under control. There is no moment in between when anyone can simply get to them.

  • Sealed container. Your documents go into a lockable roll container, not an open bin.
  • Sealed on site. At collection we seal the container with a numbered seal.
  • Sealed transport. No intermediate storage, no transferring. Everything goes straight to destruction in one go.
  • Destruction to P-5. Shredded within 24 hours to DIN 66399 P-5, so reconstruction is impossible.
  • Certificate as the final step. You receive a Certificate of Destruction with the date and job number.

How much does document destruction cost?

Document destruction starts at € 30 all-in for the first archive box (up to ≈ 15 kg). Each additional box in the same collection costs € 25. A 240 L roll container is € 120 all-in. For large volumes we set a fixed day rate. All prices exclude 21% VAT.

Which documents can I have destroyed?

All documents containing personal data or confidential information. Think of personnel files, customer data, contracts, invoices, tax returns and medical records. Data media such as hard drives and USB sticks can also go along in the same collection.

Do I get a certificate once the documents are destroyed?

Yes. With every job you receive a Certificate of Destruction with the date and a unique job number. You include it in your GDPR processing register as proof that the documents were destroyed to the standard.

Do I have to remove staples, paperclips and folders?

No. Staples, paperclips, dividers and ring binders can stay in. We remove large metal lever-arch files ourselves. You do not need to pre-sort anything.

Isn't putting documents out with the waste paper cheaper?

Putting documents with personal data out unshredded with the waste paper is a data breach under the GDPR. Professional document destruction to DIN 66399 P-5 with a certificate is the safe and demonstrable way to dispose of them.
