All prices exclude 21% VAT. We collect throughout the Netherlands. No pickup costs in the Amsterdam region, further away you choose between free pickup with a minimum 2-week wait or faster pickup for € 0.65 per km. Data carriers (HDD, SSD, USB, phones, tapes) see prices below. These rates apply to private individuals too. For a house move, an inheritance or an attic full of old paperwork we come to your home as well, with no minimum.
What Does a Typical Pickup Cost?
Example calculations per volume. A roll container (240 L) fits about 4 boxes. Under 7 boxes loose boxes are cheaper; above that the roll container wins. All prices exclude 21% VAT.

Faster pickup
Outside the Amsterdam region you choose. Free pickup with a minimum 2-week wait, or faster for € 0.65 per kilometre one-way. Always calculated up-front.
Waiting time at your location
If we have to wait longer than 15 minutes at arrival (access, key, lift), we charge waiting time per quarter hour.
Extra roll container
More paper than agreed? We take it along at this rate per extra 240 L container.
Outside office hours
Jobs before 07:00, after 18:00 or at the weekend. One-off surcharge per visit.
Above 2nd floor without lift
If stair-carrying is needed without a goods lift. With a lift: no surcharge.

Per emptying is the price divided by the number of emptyings in a 4 week cycle, and for Annual prepay across 13 cycles a year. Each discount is against Flex at the same frequency. A single roll container costs € 120 per collection, so every subscription sits well below that. Free placement, no rental cost, cancel monthly after the minimum term.
Archive Storage per Box
We store your archive sealed and logged, whether a retention period is still running or you simply want to keep it. We store the box sealed and logged. Destruction can follow later, whenever you want. Storage is charged per storage box per month. Intake is free, including the boxes, the barcodes and the full processing.
The storage box measures 60 × 40 × 30 cm, roughly 70 litres, up to 15 kg when filled. About 6 standard archive boxes or ring binders fit inside. It is the same size as the box in the pickup rates above, so storage and destruction are priced on the same unit. If you have 40 archive boxes, divide by 6 and round up, that makes 7 storage boxes.

Intake and trips
We deliver the storage boxes, collect them sealed and process them completely. Every box gets a barcode and goes into the register with a description and a destruction date.

Destruction after storage
The box is already with us, so the collection trip falls away. That saves half compared with collecting and destroying separately. Same unit, so you can compare the two.

Two free trips per year from 5 storage boxes. Once per calendar year we add new boxes free of charge. Once per calendar year you retrieve your boxes free of charge. Both apply per customer and not per box. Anything you do not use expires at the end of the year. Below 5 storage boxes the normal trip rates apply.
Worked example over 3 years. A customer with 40 archive boxes needs 7 storage boxes. Intake is free of charge, storage costs € 63 per month, so € 2,268 over three years. If the retention period then ends on 2 storage boxes, destroying those costs € 30 and the monthly price drops to € 45. All prices exclude 21% VAT.

Your Questions About Our Prices
Why a fixed price and not a custom quote?
A paper container is a paper container and a hard drive is a hard drive. It makes no difference to our time or cost whether it holds tax returns or diaries. That is why we work with fixed tiers. Don't know the exact volumes yet? You can of course ask for a quote.
Do I get a discount on an annual contract?
For one-off jobs, no. We work without a contract term and our fixed price is always the price, no tricks. If you want structured, recurring pickups, you can choose a subscription. There a longer term does lower your monthly rate, but a flexible short-term option is always available.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. You always receive an invoice, private individuals included, with a 14-day payment term. You trust us with your confidential papers, so we trust you to pay on time.
Does the pricing on this page include VAT?
All amounts shown exclude 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise. On the invoice you see the amount including VAT.
What happens if I have more paper than estimated?
The normal tier is € 25 per extra box and € 45 per extra roll container. For material not declared in advance we charge a small +10% surcharge on this tier. The extra rates then become € 27.50 per box and € 49.50 per roll container. You decide on the spot whether we should take more along or schedule a second trip. If you go for a second trip, the rate for the 1st box (€ 30) or 1st roll container (€ 120) applies again. That is usually more expensive than the 10% surcharge.
Do you also work under NDA or with a processor agreement?
Yes. Law firms and notary offices use our processor agreement as standard. On request we sign an additional NDA.
Is the liability cover really € 2.5 million?
Yes. Our professional liability insurance covers € 2.5 million per incident. Policy available for inspection on request.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Money back if there is a demonstrable shortcoming. So far we have not had to invoke that promise, but it stands.
