Pickup per box
Archive or moving box (up to ≈ 15 kg, ≈ 70 L). Suitable for small to mid-size paper volumes.

What Does a Typical Pickup Cost?
Example calculations per volume. A roll container (240 L) fits about 4 boxes. Under 7 boxes loose boxes are cheaper; above that the roll container wins. All prices exclude 21% VAT.

What Does Cost Extra
Being upfront: these are the situations where we charge extra. Always communicated in advance, never after the fact.
Urgent within 24 hours
For data breaches or audits we drive out within 24 hours. One-off surcharge on top of the regular price.
Outside service area
More than 20 km outside Amsterdam: € 0.65 per kilometre one-way. Always calculated up-front.
Waiting time at your location
If we have to wait longer than 15 minutes at arrival (access, key, lift), we charge waiting time per quarter hour.
Extra roll container
More paper than agreed? We take it along at this rate per extra 240 L container.
Outside office hours
Jobs before 07:00, after 18:00 or at the weekend. One-off surcharge per visit.
Above 2nd floor without lift
If stair-carrying is needed without a goods lift. With a lift: no surcharge.
For Private Individuals Too
For a move, inheritance or an attic full of old admin and laptops we also come to your home. Same rates as business: per box, per roll container or per data carrier. No different package price, no minimum.
Home paper pickup
We come to your door. Archive or moving box up to ≈ 15 kg. For 4 or more boxes in one go a roll container (€ 120) is often more practical.

What Does It Really Cost?
Why a fixed price and not a custom quote?
A paper container is a paper container and a hard drive is a hard drive. It makes no difference to our time or cost whether it holds tax returns or diaries. That is why we work with fixed tiers.
Do I get a discount on an annual contract?
No. We work without a contract term. You can cancel any month. No trick around "tiered discount if you sign for 3 years". Our price is always the price.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. Business clients receive an invoice with 14-day payment term. Private individuals pay cash or via Tikkie right after the job.
Does the pricing on this page include VAT?
All amounts shown exclude 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise. On the invoice you see the amount including VAT.
What happens if I have more paper than estimated?
The normal tier is € 25 per extra box and € 45 per extra roll container. For material not declared in advance we charge a small +10% surcharge on this tier. The extra rates then become € 27.50 per box and € 49.50 per roll container. You decide on the spot whether we should take more along or schedule a second trip. If you go for a second trip, the rate for the 1st box (€ 30) or 1st roll container (€ 120) applies again. That is usually more expensive than the 10% surcharge.
Do you also work under NDA or with a processor agreement?
Yes. Law firms and notary offices use our processor agreement as standard. On request we sign an additional NDA.
Is the liability cover really € 2.5 million?
Yes. Our professional liability insurance covers € 2.5 million per incident. Policy available for inspection on request.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Money back if there is a demonstrable shortcoming. So far we have not had to invoke that promise, but it stands.
