Certificate by email
Within 2 working days of destruction you receive a Certificate of Destruction by email with date and serial numbers of data carriers.

Securely Destroy Data Carriers
Old hard drives, phones and tapes often sit in a drawer for years. We take your data carriers in the same pickup as the paper, register each item by serial number and physically destroy them at our facility. Within 24 hours you receive the Certificate of Destruction with every serial number on it.

How much does it cost?

Do I need to remove staples, paperclips or folders?
No. Our shredder handles staples, paperclips, ring binders and plastic sleeves.
How do I know it was really destroyed?
You watch while it happens. For data carriers we sign off a serial-number list that goes on the Certificate of Destruction.
Do you also destroy working hard drives?
Yes. We physically destroy (crunch or shred), not just wipe. That is the only method that meets GDPR for genuinely confidential data.
What do you do with the material after destruction?
Paper goes to a certified recycling company. Metal and plastic from data carriers are separated and disposed of via a certified e-waste processor.
Do you also work for private individuals?
Yes. For moving, inheritance or clearing out old admin and old laptops/phones we also come to your home.
How quickly can you come?
Usually within 2 to 5 working days. For urgent cases (data breach, audit) often within 24 hours.
Do I get an invoice with VAT?
Yes. Business clients receive an invoice with VAT, private individuals a receipt.
