From Pickup to Certificate

We put a 240 L or 1100 L roll container at your place, office or home. You drop your confidential paper in daily and we empty it at the agreed moments. Prefer loose boxes? That works too, we simply collect them.
Pickup by appointment
Fixed rhythm (month or quarter) or on call. We note on the pickup slip what we take with us.

Direct trip to our facility in Amsterdam, no intermediate storage.
Destruction and certificate
Destroyed within 24 hours to DIN 66399 P-5. Certificate with date, type of material and unique job number in your inbox within 2 working days.
Ideal for Ongoing Destruction
HR, admin, inbound post. Roll container in the canteen or server room, you barely notice.
City centre or shared building? Our truck does not always fit in front of your door. We collect with a smaller van.
Accountants, HR teams, healthcare practices. Predictable volume → predictable pickup cycle.
When watching the destruction is not required, but you do want to be able to prove it. A signed pickup slip plus certificate is enough.

Two units, simple prices. We collect a roll container or loose boxes and destroy them at our facility in Amsterdam. Mobile destruction on site (from € 225) is our third option for professions with supervision requirements, but is currently on a waiting list for new customers due to high demand.

Within 35 km of Amsterdam you pay no pickup costs. Further away? You choose. Free pickup with a minimum 2-week wait, where we combine your collection with a nearby route. Or faster pickup for € 0.65 per km.

What Does a Typical Pickup Cost?
Example calculations per volume. A roll container (240 L) fits about 4 boxes. Under 7 boxes loose boxes are cheaper; above that the roll container wins. All prices exclude 21% VAT.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does chain of custody work if I don't watch?
We destroy at our own facility, so your material is not passed on to another company. From your address it goes straight to destruction, with no intermediate storage. You sign the pickup slip for the handover and the order number comes back on your certificate.
When do I get the certificate?
Within 2 working days of destruction by email. In line with our general terms art. 4.
How often do you come by?
Standard monthly or quarterly. When the container is full, on call (WhatsApp us, we come within 3 working days). Repeat customers get a fixed rhythm with a fixed driver.
What kind of container do I get?
Standard 240 L roll container (fits under a desk or in a cupboard). For higher volume 660 L or 1100 L. On loan, no deposit, portable if you move.
Can I also have ad-hoc pickup?
Yes. One-off pickup from € 165 up to 4 roll containers.
Do you also collect data carriers?
Yes, in a separate box. Serial numbers we register at the pickup location. Physical destruction at our facility (HDD cruncher + shredder).
Do you work with a processor agreement?
Yes. Standard model on request, we sign before the first job.
What is the difference with mobile destruction on site?
With mobile destruction everything happens on your parking spot and you watch along. With pickup service your material comes to our facility. Mobile is suitable when your liability insurer or professional rules require supervision (law, notaries, healthcare), but it is on a waiting list for new customers. Pickup is suitable for ongoing volumes or when parking is not possible.
