New requests go on the waiting list. In urgent situations (data breach, unannounced audit, critical deadline) you can request an exception. In all other cases we are happy to help you via our pickup service — sealed transport to our facility, the same certificate, available right away.
With standard shredding services your documents and data carriers first go into the truck, then to a central processing centre where they sometimes sit for days before being destroyed. That is exactly the moment your chain of custody breaks.

A normal truck spot (length about 10 m, width 2.5 m). Loading and unloading via the side or rear door. A ground-floor entrance is convenient; stairs above 2nd floor without a lift: € 25 / floor surcharge.
Yes, that is the core of our service. Via side window, cabin monitor or (for some jobs) a live video feed on your phone. We explicitly encourage supervision.
We take it along at € 45 per extra 240 L roll container (matches the regular container rate). You decide on the spot whether we finish everything that day or schedule a second visit.
Yes. Standard model on request, we sign before the first job. Law firms and notaries use our processor agreement as standard.
Yes. Physically (cruncher or shredder), not just wiping. That is the only method that meets GDPR for genuinely confidential data. Wiping leaves residues; crunching does not.
A mobile visit starts from € 225 (1 container, 1 hour): call-out € 85, hourly € 85, container € 45 and on-site premium € 10. Smaller jobs or jobs without a supervision requirement are almost always cheaper via pickup service.
